Please note that you should leave your room at the Hotel HLF by 12.00 on Saturday, 6 September. Please leave your key at the Reception
Shuttle buses
9.00 one bus from the Hotel HLF directly to Vienna airport
9.00 one bus from the Hotel HLF to Vienna Westbahnhof (West Train Station) for those of you would like to spend some time in Vienna before making your own way to the Airport. You can leave your luggage in luggage lockers at the Westbahnhof.
There is a public bus from the Westbahnhof directly to Vienna Airport. Departure times are:
10.00; 10.30; 11.00; 11.30;........17.30
18.00; 19.00; 20.00; 21.00; 22.00; 23.00

Due to examination, we need to shift by 15 min (earlier) the exercises, and delay by 15 min (later) the evening buses

Lunch break will last 1 Hour only.

Exercises will start at 13:30 and NOT 13:45, and will end at 15:30 sharp.

We will need 30 min (from 15:30 to 16:00) for setting the exam with no student in the room.

Buses to the hotel will leave at 17:45 instead of 17:30
