How to Apply

Procedure

If you wish to apply to the CERN School of Computing 2004, as well as apply for a European Union grant, you must:

1.   

Fill out the  Web-based Application Form for CSC2004 and submit it electronically (not by hand-writing on a printed copy)

2.   

Send a Letter of Reference on paper signed by an authorized person in your organization, to the address below.

3.

Send the Certification Form (PDF version | Word version) on paper, signed by an authorized person in your organization, to the address below.

The Letter of Reference and the Certification Form must be signed by an authorized person in your organization, and sent via postal mail to Mrs. J. Franco-Turner, CERN, IT Department, 1211 Geneva 23, Switzerland  by 15 June 2004.

Deadline

The deadline for CERN to receive the full application (web application + letter of reference + certification form)  is the 15 June 2004.

Grants

Part or all of the fees, living and travel expenses may be reimbursed though a European Union FP6 programme grant. Check whether you are eligible for financial support.
