Patricia McBride

FermiLab

 

Patricia McBride is a Scientist in the Computing Division at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory in Batavia, IL where she is also the head of the Computing and Engineering for Physics Applications Department.  For the past three years, she has been the leader of this large group of scientists, engineers and computer professionals who develop software applications, simulations and electronics modules in support of the  Fermilab experimental physics program and the accelerator complex. Her primary field of interest has been experimental particle physics with a focus on flavor physics. She was one of the founding members of  the BTeV collaboration and is a member of the KTeV collaboration at Fermilab.
