Several lecturers have prepared exercises to complement their ex-cathedra lectures. Information about these exercises (where to find them instructions) have been regrouped on the Exercise page.

24 Feb 2005 Successful opening of iCSC2005

ICSC2005 was successfully open today by Wolfgang von Rüden, Head of the CERN IT Department.  The first day, dedicated to the Database and Data Management theme was a great success and is expected to have set the tone for the rest of the school. A sustained audience of more than 50 participants (peaking to 80) attended all the 5 lectures of theme.

A discussion forum to get feedback from iSC attendees (on the substance of the topics taught, the logistics,..) is now open.

Proceeding Book in pdf New

The  Complete Proceedings Book (school and theme descriptions plus all the handouts) is now available (as pdf file).
You may then view it, and download it to print part of all of the content. This is a 217-pages color book.
Beware, the size of the file is 6 MB. .

Handouts are stored in the CERN Document Sever (CDS) Agenda system. In the special iCSC Agenda, your may retrieve and download part or all of the presentation material, including additional material such as exercises

The registration is now closed More that 100 people have registered.
If you haven't registered, you may attend the school in the limit of the available seats. Presentation material will be posted on the web for download.
