Dinner tonight
Tonight,
Sunday 20 August 2006, the Dinner will start at 20:30 in the restaurant
on the third floor of the Hotel. Please be on time and wear your CSC
badge.
Breakfast
The breakfast
will be served form 07:00 in the third floor restaurant. Please take
your room key which will be requested to enter the restaurant.
Buses to school site
The lectures
and exercises
will be held at
Kumpula Campus at the University of Helsinki.
There will be 2 buses which will leave the hotel at 08:15 sharp in the
morning. Please be punctual. The buses will not wait.
Coffees and lunches
Coffee breaks
and lunches will be taken at Kumpula Campus (except on Sunday 27 August
2006)
Laptops and wireless
access
Internet
wireless access will be provided on the Campus for the students coming
with their own laptop. You have been given your login and password to
access the campus wireless network. Please take them with you. No
Internet access will be organized by the School outside the Campus. This
stands for the Hotel and any other locations.
Computers for
exercises
At the
Kumpula Campus, the exercise room will be provided with computers for
each pair of students. Only these computers can be used for exercises
(no laptop). They will have Internet access. Your login and password f
were given to you during your CSC registration (note: they are different
form the wireless access ones).
Extra expenses
Any extra
expense including beverages, extra meals, telephone calls, mini-bar,
laundry, room services, ? will be at your own charge, and are to be
paid directly to the hotel which may require to take a print of your
credit card.
Justification of
travel expenses
We remind you
that for the reimbursement of your travel expenses, you will be asked to
provide me, School Administrator, with the justification documents (copy
of the transportation tickets and/or invoice - only for public
transport, such as airplane, train, bus). Please make sure to keep all
the justifications.
