has 2 Entrances. On Sunday 22nd August 2010, we advise you to arrive
on Cleveland Road, where Brunel University Main Reception is located and where
the CSC registration will take place.

ACTION requested from you: In case you plan to arrive later than 19:00,

Registration at CSC2010 will take place in the main
lobby of Michael
Sterling building (ZoneC) on
Sunday 22 August 2010 from 14:00 to 19:00
(in case of late arrival the accommodation access card and key should be picked-up
from Security Office situated on the
corner of Wilfred Brown building)
When arriving at Brunel University (unless late
arrival) please first go to the CSC registration desk and not to
the Hostel/Bishop Hall:

At the CSC
registration desk, where you will meet Fabienne Baud-Lavigne and Rebecca Byrne, you will receive school material, instructions
as well as your room key.
Location of the classes
The lectures and exercises
will be held in 2
different rooms located in
Michael Sterling building ? 1st floor - Lectures: in room #158. Exercises: in room # 159
CSC
Secretariat will be located in room # 152 next to the Lecture and
Exercise rooms
Computers and personal laptops
The exercise room will be provided with desktop computers for each pair of students.? Only these computers will be used for
exercises and may be connected to the exercise room wired network. They will
have Internet access.
For laptops and other wireless devices, secured
Internet wireless access will be provided at tutioin places, in bedroom and in
most public areas on the campus.

Exercise room
Please note that
outside tuition hours, the room will be locked. You will be able to access to
it with the Brunel University Access Card that you received on the registration
day.

Daily
proposed sport including in/outdoor activities ? Volleyball, Basketball, Badminton,
Wall climbing, Fitness, Squash- as well as outdoor activities - Tennis, Football.

A special sport afternoon
(first Thursday) with a choice of parallel activities (Hiking/Walking, Tree top
Adventure Park, Biking, Cricket and Aquatic Centre).

The traditional CSC football match (open to all, beginners and
confirmed, female and male, on an official-size pitch) as well as the mix-double
badminton and a tennis tournament (TBC).
Those volunteers who wish to assist Fran?ois and help organize / supervise
sports activities are invited to contact him directly.
Beginners, to whom
appropriate explanations and supervision and lessonswill be provided, are most
welcome to
all sport activities.

ACTION requested from you: If you wish to take part, bring
swimming costumes, sport/hiking shoes (no black sole for the indoor activities),
suitable clothes, small backpack, tennis rackets and balls (other sport gear for
climbing, biking, ? will be provided). See

Note that the summer in UK can
be warm but also cooler (day-time temperature may vary from 15?C to 30?C) and wet
(an umbrella may prove to be useful).
Any extra cost incurred during the stay (including private
expenses at guest house, private transport costs, private meals, telephone
calls ...) will not be borne by the school organization and should be paid
directly.
Smoking is banned in all University
buildings including teaching, research and library areas, offices, stairs,
toilets and hallways.
ACTION requested from you The UK electrical outlet/socket is
different from the European one, thus do not forget to bring (or buy at the
airport) a converter/adaptor plug.
