find the MAC address of your Windows laptop
Two ways:
Via
command prompt

Click on “Start”
·
Select “Command Prompt”
·
Type ipconfig /all
·
Note the MAC address under “Ethernet adapter Wireless
Network Connection” - “Physical Address”
Via System
information
·
Click on “Start”
·
Select All programs Þ

Under System summary, select Components

Adapters
·
Scroll the list of adapters until you find the adapter
mentioning “Wireless” in the “Name” field

Note the MAC address in the “Mac Address” field
