One of the CSC students duty*, in particular to validate their EU grant, is
to fill out the Satisfaction Questionnaires.
There are two questionnaires to filled out:
- The
CERN questionnaire.(with specific questions about
the CSC programme)
- This is a key tool for the organizers to improve the school
- The EU questionnaire
(with generic U-elated questions)
- This is a duty you have vis-?-vis the EU Grant : The EU
is requesting us to make sure you actually provide feedback.
We will check that every student actually submits a filled-in
questionnaire. However, once submitted, the content of the received form
is confidential an not connected to the identity of the submitter.
Diploma and attendance certificates
will only be handed over to students having filled out the
questionnaires.

Comment:
- Use your usual CSC login.
- There is only one submit step, unlike with the examination.
Therefore, after you have pressed the Submit Button, you cannot modify
your input.
- The questionnaire is strictly
anonymous. After posting, no connection exists between the
login identity and the questionnaire data in the database.

Comment:
- When connecting to the site, you will have to enter a
certain number of parameters which are specific to the
EU project which support the school. These parameters are
available in the email you received at the end of the
school entitled "Obligatory CSC EU questionnaire".
